Matthew Talarico 

Hey I’m Matt!  I’ve spent the past two decades building a diverse career as a filmmaker, honing my skillset as a cinematographer, editor, sound recordist, photographer, drone pilot, director, and producer, but my north star has always been conservation filmmaking.  I’m drawn to stories about people enacting solutions to the major environmental issues of our time, especially when their stories have the power to activate others.  My approach blends technical precision with a relaxed, collaborative style that helps people feel comfortable being themselves on camera. When I’m not filming or editing, you can usually find me exploring the mountains, tending my garden, or trying to perfect my sourdough recipe.
